Upgrade to v0.22

v0.22.0 is published on GitHub and PyPI, including v0.21's live OTLP receiver. Python remains 3.11–3.14, portable files remain .tine v2, and repositories remain v3. No storage-format migration is required for these features.

Review rewind before writing

Rewind changes working-tree files only with --apply. Back up uncommitted work, inspect the dry-run categories, select the intended root, and expect incomplete recovery when the run lacks file history. Do not use --force as a substitute for understanding conflicts.

Configure JSON telemetry

The live receiver accepts OTLP/HTTP JSON and gzip, not protobuf. Use localhost; it has no authentication. Existing importer redaction and source-billing boundaries apply.

Read rewind, the receiver guide, and release status. The v0.23 git pre-push integration on main is not part of this published install target.
