GitHub and PyPI publish v0.20.0. Python remains 3.11–3.14. Portable .tine v2 and repository v3 storage formats are unchanged; the new command requires no format migration.

The child must honor the supported OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or xAI base-URL variables. Preserve your intended upstream configuration before wrapping the command. Hard-coded or unsupported traffic is outside the capture path. This feature captures model calls, not every tool or filesystem action.

Included v0.19.1 fixes

Concurrent identical-run saves on Windows retry transient sharing violations; persistent denial still fails. Harness duration-budget timeouts now count at least the full budget, so coarse Windows timing cannot let a timeout escape as an ordinary bare TimeoutError instead of a duration breach.

Existing Agent Trace export, Entire import, signing, and trust-root workflows remain available. Review record command privacy and exit behavior and release status.
